Terms for using the current MyVideoCompress video compression service.

MyVideoCompress processes videos using the workflow configured for the current deployment. Service questions can be sent to videocompress@usefull-app.com.
MyVideoCompress processes one supported video at a time, applies the settings you choose, and provides a downloadable MP4 result when processing succeeds. Depending on the deployment configuration, a request may use the current session or configured managed infrastructure. The first version is provided without paid plans. Displayed limits may be adjusted to protect service availability.
Compression is inherently lossy. A target size is an estimate rather than an exact byte guarantee, and some inputs may not become meaningfully smaller. You are responsible for checking the downloaded result before deleting your source.
You keep ownership of the files you select. You grant the service the limited permission needed to receive when transfer is required, inspect, transcode, temporarily store, and return the file. You represent that you have the rights required to process the content, including videos imported from a third-party URL.
Do not process illegal material, malware, content that infringes another party's rights, or content designed to disrupt or misuse the service. Do not bypass limits or interfere with the application infrastructure.
You may use the compressor without an account. When managed processing needs to associate a task with its creator, it may use a secure anonymous browser session. If you create an account, keep its credentials secure.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Processing can fail because of unsupported media, damaged files, insufficient target bitrate, browser or device limits, or managed infrastructure failures. Temporary results may disappear when the page is refreshed or closed. Managed source files are deleted after processing and results expire 24 hours after task creation. Download important results promptly.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, exact output size, or suitability for a particular purpose. The operator is not responsible for source files that a user deletes before verifying the result. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
